La maglietta unisex 1032 è aperta davanti con una piccola deviazione verso il lato sinistro. In effetti è stata da noi creata pensando agli interventi cardiaci o addominali e la distanza tra le piccole strisce di velcro permette l'uscita delle canule per il drenaggio. In seguito, abbiamo verificato che la stessa t-shirt è venduta anche per le persone anziane che hanno difficoltà nell'alzare le braccia per infilare ed indossare le maglie intime presenti oggi sul mercato poichè tutte chiuse in tubolare. Dette difficoltà sono da ricondursi a problemi come osteoporosi, periartrite o anche più in generale a seguito di incidenti che hanno causato condizioni di tetraplegia ed handicap.
