La costruzione,dagli ambienti tipici con pareti e alte volte a stella in pietra leccese a vista, è situata al piano terra di un antico edificio, ristrutturato e diviso in 2 suites indipendenti con cortile interno condiviso,da cui si accede ad un ampio terrazzo.
Le suites, “il Poeta e il Caminetto”,sono arredate con sobrietà e confort (letti matrimoniali con reti in faggio e materassi "memory foam") e dotate di servizi,aria climatizzata e riscaldamento autonomi.
